Return Policy

At LegendsMade Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a straightforward 30-day return policy.

Eligibility for Returns:

  1. Items must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date.
  2. Items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
  3. Proof of purchase is required for all returns.

How to Return:

  1. Contact our Customer Service team at legendsmadeapparel@gmail.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item(s) back to us.
  3. Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging (if possible), and include the RA number in the package.

Refunds:

  1. Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your refund.
  2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
  3. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account after we process it.

    Return Shipping:

    1. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is incorrect or defective.
    2. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
