We understand that sometimes you may need to return or exchange an item, and we aim to make this process as straightforward as possible. 1. Applicability of the Return Policy
This return policy applies to all customers purchasing products from LegendsMade Apparel. Customers may return products within 30 days of receipt. Returns requested beyond this period may not be accepted. Products must be returned in their original, unused condition and in their original packaging. Items that are damaged, altered, or not in resellable condition may not qualify for a return. Proof of purchase (e.g., receipt) is required.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return for an exchange or refund, email us at info@legendsmadeapparel.com, including your order number, the reason for the return, and images or videos of the product. If your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted. Returns must be shipped to our central warehouse. The return address will be shared upon approval of your request. If the return is due to the customer’s preference (e.g., incorrect size or change of mind), the customer will be responsible for shipping costs. Shipping fees will depend on the courier chosen. If the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., damaged or incorrect item received), we will cover the return shipping costs.
3. Damages
Upon delivery, please inspect the packaging of your item(s) carefully. If any damage or issues are noticed, contact us immediately at info@legendsmadeapparel.com with photos and a description of the issue. For freight-related damage, claims must include photos or videos submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be accepted.
4. Exchange Products
If you would like to exchange an item, please specify this when initiating your return. Exchanges are subject to item availability at the time of processing.
5. Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order within 24 hours of placement to receive a full refund. To cancel an order, email info@legendsmadeapparel.com with your order number and the recipient's name or email address. Refunds for canceled orders will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to the original payment method.
6. Incorrect Items Received
While we strive for order accuracy, occasional mistakes can occur. If you receive the wrong product, you have the option to:
- Keep the item and receive a partial refund, or
- Return the item to receive the correct product or a full refund. To resolve the issue, email us at info@legendsmadeapparel.com with your order details and any relevant information.
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the refund approval status. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund to your account.
